For activate Focono Family atmosphere, enhance team’s cohesion, and strengthen good communication between team members, encourage everyone work together to strive for the next year-end goal. On 20th,Oct, Focono Company organized a unique and quite different team building activity, full of positive energy and unlimited fun.

We gathered at morning 20th,then leave for meet a wonderful closeness with nature, the destination is at MaLuan Shan park, near PINGSHAN countryside, Shenzhen, which only takes about half an hour. Here with the largest group of rock waterfalls in Shenzhen, So we enjoying with Ma Luan Shan Biling Waterfall. Flow along the stream, slowly and occasionally rest, and we did not miss to appreciate the beauty around us! Step by step is the scenery, even the air is the feeling of love.

When finished the morning tour on the mountains, we head for Huizhou Xiachong to prepare a rich lunch. Chickens, ducks,fishes and vegetables are all available. Everyone has their own duties, washing vegetables, cutting vegetables, cooking, and serving dishes, eating by their own DIY meals. Everyone feels it is great and delicious, the whole process is full of fun.

Finished lunch, and after a short lunch break, we started a short walk along the golden coastline of Xiachong. The scenery along the coast is absolutely beautiful. With the fresh sea breeze blowing in the face, the blue sky is paved with warm sunshine, all of us walks in the afternoon and enjoys the time together.

After hiking the Coastline, more funny games coming. On the beach of Xiachong, we bare footed on the sand, along with the sound of rustling, and sea breeze blowing slowly, quite cozy. After the group is divided, the game session begins in the afternoon.

Here comes the first leggings game, the two fighting and the team fighting, this game is easy to fall if it is inconsistent by each other. So after communicates and discuss, we start shouting slogans 1,2......to coordinate legs moving. In fact, The whole process is a test of team communication and collaboration skills.

Then, start the paper cup water-passing game, the team should communicate with each other the way to pick up the water and the order of everybody’s position. In order to reduce the leakage of water and fill up as much water as possible within the specified time. As the game began, various odd-shaped of water-catching postures appeared. There are also sweet touches and hold the face, oh my god, LOL! What? Are you kidding me, Boys to boys.....I can’t believe some members clothes are wet, wondering is it not communicated well in advance? Lol……

Ok, so now... How can a team game without the classic Nametag Ripping Battle! Except for some colleagues who are not suitable to participate in such a fierce and rude game, the rest of the team is divided into four teams, red, yellow, blue and purple. Each team is sent to kill each other for one minute. Finally The team with the more numbers is the winner. Running,rolling on the ground, men and women battle, the whole process is full of laughter and excitement.

With the afterglow of sunset, and finished the awards and took team photo, the afternoon game ended happily. Everyone packed their luggage and ready to go to destination site where evening barbecue hold.There are Corns, drumstick, chicken wings, ham, eggplant... a lot of delicious,everyone work together to smash the ingredients and ignite the flames. The boys contributed to the baking the ingredients, with the scent of the scent accompanied the sea breeze into our nose and stomach. We can't wait to eat this delicious food.

A beautiful bonfire lit up near the seaside,and ours barbecue activity round off, we enjoyed the food, watched the scene,one days tour trip is over, everybody put away the backpack and set foot on the way to home. The way to a unknown destination of tomorrow.
