In the middle of May, we have had the pleasure to give the technical training class to one of our Mexico customers. He is a new fish in LED screen, but after the training he becomes the professional user no matter in software and hardware.
The training class is given by our chief engineer subjected on software operation, hardware debugging, power and signal connection, daily maintenance. Then, he has taken a practice of all the classes under the guidance of engineer.
In the very beginning, we worried a lot that the training class will be blocked for the language differences, since our engineer has spoken a fluently English, but the customer is a local Spanish speaker who only knows some words of English. What surprised us is that the training is going quite smoothly and they had a very good understanding to each other.

Our job is to make the customer clear to everything, so the four principles has completed the training with perfect satisfactions of customer.
